Through the analysis they produce an insightful report and determine a supplements plan unique to you, delivered in easy-to-use daily sachets.
Applied arts worked with the founders to establish the brand and a cohesive experience across the consumer journey. Our creative approach recognized that for most people, optimal health is a journey. And while 90% of their customers see improvement in their health, long-term wellness isn’t achieved overnight. To be Honed is to be refined over time, just as a stone is shaped by water and wind over millennia.
The chosen logo incorporates icons of a tablet and capsule to form the ‘O’ and the ‘E’, and this visual language is extended into a suite of symbols that describe the brand benefits. The color palette consists of earth tones which are carried into the photo library – tonally rich landscapes and people photographed striving to live a more optimized life. Rounding out the brand toolkit Applied arts executed a photo library for launch depicting the products and various brand communications.
The entire system informs livehoned.com, an online experience that is simple to use, and insightful, helping customers understand the science behind the product, and how to prepare their hair sample and test kit. To deliver a tailored experience that can easily be scaled as Honed grows, we partnered with e-commerce platform, Shopistry, on the site development.
